Blessed is the nation whose GOD is the LORD; and the people whom He hath chosen for His own Inheritance.

Consequently, our Goal here in the Church of the United States is to institute and enact our 28th Amendment;  and recognize our United States National Church ( in the Name of Christ our LORD Jesus ). Our Nation was Founded upon Holy Biblical Principles that first recognize our Creator. As such, our entire Government, Administrations, Corporations, Laws, Courts, Military, and Charitable endeavors are meant to portray the values of our National Creed of Christian Benevolence portrayed and commanded, personally, by Christ our LORD Jesus while He was here among us.

Primarily, every United States Citizen requires - demands - honesty, integrity, respect, consideration, and benevolence that can only be drawn from Christ our LORD Jesus, as married to His Holy Spirit, personally. All of our judgements become wayward and corrupt without direct guidance and assistance of Christ our LORD Jesus.

There is no TRUTH or LIFE outside of Christ our LORD Jesus - even though the devil would have us all believe otherwise. Christ our LORD Jesus is the Way, the TRUTH, and the LIFE. We - each and every one - require - demand - the Whole Truth, Nothing But the Truth - and the inherent Productive Integrity of the Truth - in every aspect of our personal family - and in every action of business, education, science, law enforcement, military, political, social, charitable organizational governance - and every product and service that exists in every aspect we function and conduct our extraordinarily complicated and privileged responsibilities.

Our 28th Amendment would be a Political Litmus Test to Serve in any Elected Office. We have a National Language, a National Bird, a National Anthem, a National Flag, and a National Creed and Constitution. We need to establish our National Church in the Name of Christ our LORD Jesus - purely to demonstrate our National Creed as the basis of our National Constitution of Governance and Humanitarian Civil Rights.

Because Christ our LORD Jesus has been irrefutably demonstrated to be in fact and in full function as the inherent TRUTH of any and all of living reality - and every United States citizen requires - demands - the absolute Truth - and - the resulting productive integrity of the Truth - in every product, service, organizational administrative person and body of business and civilian governance - then the 28th Amendment that will institute establish recognize our National Church in the Name of ( the TRUTH ) Christ our LORD Jesus is then an imminent necessity to maintain and sustain our National Creed and Constitution; and to correct and resolve the problems that have been created and caused by entirely false, fraudulent, irrational, incongruent, - absolutely ungodly - untruths - entirely opposite any and all ethical edicts demonstrated in the Holy Scriptures of the Holy Bible: King James Version.

 

As a precedent of success ( 28th Amendment ) see the example of Great Britain. In the Year of our LORD 1030 William the Conqueror ( Christian King ) formed the British Monarchy, building London Tower under the Banner of the Church of Christ our LORD Jesus ( today, the Church of England ). In over 1,000 years, Great Britain hasn't been overthrown or changed the Monarchy, nor altered the Pound or the King's measure; and, in fact, only enhanced and improved our prescient English language. Some Pastors claim that English is GOD's Original Language.

 

All peoples and governments are inherently failed - because every person is inherently failed. There is no one perfect human - which is the reason for our United States Constitution and Bill of Rights - as a benchmark rule of governance to maintain a just and accurate civilization - in spite of each our individual deficits and failures. As a litmus test, the 28th Amendment would enable every United States Citizen to vote for the Candidate with the highest ethical value and standing of personal character - in cooperation with the Standards of personal and public governance that is commanded of each of us in the Holy Scriptures that are the foundational principles of Christ our LORD Jesus. So, we are now come full circle.

 

Christ our LORD Jesus - is the TRUTH. All United States Citizens require - demand - the TRUTH - without which, what have we as a basis of judgement? We must institute our own National Church of Truth and basic Standards of ethical governance that are commanded in the Name of Christ our LORD Jesus - Church of the United States.

 

Most importantly, the United States People ( our Government ) a great majority of whom are Puritan Christian People in vast observance of Standards of the Holy Scriptures of Christ our LORD Jesus, must have a base litmus test to determine the ethical character and value of person that is - or is not - a reasonable Candidate for Public Office that will govern by laws created and interpreted - of the good People that are of the United States citizenry.

Therefore, the 28th Amendment would limit any 501c3 Non-Profit named as a Church ( any other faith ) than the Name of Christ our LORD Jesus; and any and all other Church, Religion, Faith therefore not be tax-exempt or in any part receive funding from the United States People ( government ). Therefore any organization that will receive funding from the United States People ( government ) as a Charitable 501c3 must acknowledge and perform in the ethical Standards of the United States Church in the Name of Christ our LORD Jesus. Otherwise, they must be funded privately, and according to all applicable laws.

The United States Church in the Name of Christ our LORD Jesus would not prevent any other Church, Religion or Faith ( except in opposition to legal municipal code ). However, the United States People who profess the Name of Christ our LORD Jesus as a personal and public Faith should not be forced to relinquish funding to any Church, Religion or Faith in conflict with the TRUTH of Christ our LORD Jesus. All faiths that oppose Christ our LORD Jesus, in fact, oppose TRUTH - to corrupt unethical governance.

No requirement for membership or dues to any organizational body would be required - as there is no requirement to own or display the American Flag. Governance of the Church of the United States in the Name of Christ our LORD Jesus would be voluntary, and as a foundational basis of every cooperative non-profit - charitable activities applicable for funding in 501c3 status organizations.

Our United States Nation is ( founded ) a Christian Nation in the Name of Christ our LORD Jesus. We are not a Judeo Christian Society. We are not an Islamic Christian Society. We are not a Buddist Christian Society. We are not a Satanic Christian Society. In fact all other faiths are in direct conflict with the TRUTH of Christ our LORD Jesus and cause inherent dissent and irreconcilable differences in both Standard Doctrines and Governance within the Church in the Name of Christ our LORD Jesus.

Church of the United States is committed to the Standards of the Holy Scriptures as demonstrated and portrayed in the confirmed and completed King James Version of the Holy Bible in English as our Church in the Name of Christ our LORD Jesus - the TRUTH - in plain and simple English ( our National Language ). There would be no requirement to own or adhere to The Holy Bible King James Version, and no human penalty of municipal legal governance, otherwise. However, foundational participation in Church of the United States will be in cooperation with The Holy Bible King James Version as our Foundational Scriptures for all portrayals and promotions of Church of the United States and the Standards of all governance that are portrayed and promoted therein.

Finally, not every sin is a crime. Every crime is a sin. However, crimes would be handled in the natural jurisprudence of the hierarchy of the United States judicial system of law and order from the municipal Police to Commanding Generals of our National Military, Supreme Courts, Congress and the legislatures, and the President and Administrative responsibilities. Any breach of ethics or corruption identified and confirmed by the Church of the United States would be considered as Censure and motion to remove from Office or Committee; or, if necessary, referral to Congressional reviews or Legal Arbitration or the Police and District Attorneys, from the least possible punishment that will address and resolve the breach. As with the Scriptures, any and all ( sin ) that is not a crime - breach - of ethics or decorum, etc. would be established in the claims of at least two, and preferably three or more separate and directly observing witness. Any breach of ethics or decorum that is not a crime would be duly noted. Any breach that may be a criminal act, or that is confirmed a criminal action, would be immediately referred to Police and District Attorney in an Official Criminal Complaint - again, based in the testimony of two or three or more witness.

According to our foundational principle of Forgiveness taught us of Christ our LORD Jesus, every effort would prevail to resolve any and all breach ( other than confirmed criminal action ) in as much discretion as possible without foregoing the necessary resolve, for the sake of reputation and jeopardy of the innocent. Knowing that we are all failed and faulty humans, even while embodied with Christ our LORD Jesus Holy Spirit, the base of the Church of the United States would limit simple gossip, slander and libel of unresolved allegations until such time as corrective measures intend to finally resolve the matter. Ultimately, ethical rules of governance would begin with limiting personal enrichment, gain or profit at the pure expense, detriment or demise of any person or property that is unwarranted or would be otherwise presented and actioned in more equitable and charitable measure - preferring the disadvantaged by default - while maintaining the natural rights of all parties.
